Limited Warranty on the Steady State Grow Home
What is Covered
Any functionality failure, or defects in materials or workmanship of your Grow Home and the electrical accessories that accompany it in sale that impair proper function of the product.
What is Not Covered
Any failure or defect caused to the Grow Home by the consumer or any other non-authorized third party which occurred due to improper use of the Grow Home, where “improper use” refers to manipulations of the Grow Home outside of the instructions for use included in the instruction manual provided at the time of sale, or outside of any other related instructions provided by the manufacturer Nutrient Recovery and Upcycling, LLC. This warranty does not cover any supplementary goods that accompanied the sale of the Grow Home and its electrical accessories, which include but are not limited to all SteadyState fertilizers, seeds, harvesting shears, scoops, spoons, containers, pots, saucers, and potting mix materials. This warranty does not cover discoloration or natural imperfections of any materials which do not impair the function of the product.
Duration of Warranty
This warranty is valid for 1 year after your Grow Home was purchased.
What the Manufacturer will Do
Provide free replacement parts with instructions to replace the parts and postage for shipment of new parts to the customer and of defective parts back to NRU LLC, but not labor to install the parts, within 30 days of the approval of warranty service.
How to Get Service
If something goes wrong with your Grow Home kindly email the SteadyState team at support@newsteadystate.com or call us at (608) 845-1744, and provide a thorough description of the problem occurring with photos and video if possible. The manufacturer reserves the right to request physical receipt of all defected materials or components prior to offering warranty service.
Your Rights Under State Law
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
