If you want simple answers about what (and what not) to compost, how to keep a tidy composting bin, when to harvest your compost, how to use it, etcetera, this is the workshop for you. Although there is YouTube and the www, simplification of the process and controlling your cost of entry is what you need most to get started with ease and confidence.

This course is led by agronomist and soil scientist Mauricio Avila, who has a Ph.D. in Soil Chemistry from the Department of Soil Science at UW-Madison.
